I’m too difficult. That’s a self limiting belief I have always carried around with me. I was just listening to a course and it said rarely do we think we are unworthy but we ACT in ways that show we think we are unworthy. The instructor then asked which words brought us to tears and mine was I’m too difficult. She then asked where that came from. For me it def came from being told I wasn’t allowed to show emotion, I def wasn’t allowed to have problems and I def wasn’t allowed to create an issue. I mean…it worked out well. I am very driven to solve my own issues, I work hard to be perfect and I don’t really ask much of people. Except that’s not how we are supposed to live. I’ve been doing so much unlearning of all the stuff that keeps up feeling like shit. Just wanted to share. Here are some of the other ones maybe they ring a bell. I’m never chosen I’m too difficult I’m too much I’m not enough So much of what we do in health and fitness is a bandaid. I prefer to help women rip that bandaid off and do the real work of healing. That’s why the habits I teach are SIMPLE cause lady we got a lot of stuff to get thru! Love you! 🤚🏻❤️
